My name is Sally Allan.

I was born and raised in Sweden.  At age 25, I became Sweden's youngest certified sadelmakare (master saddler and upholsterer) after graduating from a vocational university near Uppsala.   A short time after, I was invited to join Koenigsegg in Ängelholm, where I crafted interiors for their supercars.

​

After moving to the United States, I settled in Kansas City, Missouri where I worked for a automotive restoration company, specializing in high-end custom automotive and aircraft interior restoration.  After several years, I decided to go out on my own and launched Allure Upholstery.  I have worked on many different brands of cars and enjoyed each one for its own unique qualities.....but my passion is Classic Porsche.  Along the way, I have had the pleasure of getting to know respected Porsche specialist Daniel Journey of JP Werks, and have collaborated with him on some very interesting projects.

I enjoy working closely with clients — balancing their vision with expert guidance on materials, stitching, durability, and period-correct details.
